Royalties are bonuses you get paid on Gold Distributor groups that you mentor and coach within your team.  Your income from royalties is virtually unlimited and distributors earning large incomes of £10,000 per month or more, the majority of this income is in the form of royalties.

Royalty income is what songwriters, authors and business owners receive.  For example, a songwriter pens a hit.  Every time that hit sells or plays on the radio, the songwriter gets a small percentage of the revenue.  Every time an author's book sells, they receive a small percentage of the revenue.  Each year, a business owner earns a percentage of the profit the business makes.  In a nutshell, you do the work once (e.g. write a book or build a business) and you get paid a long time afterwards.

Royalties are what all investors and business owners receive and you can earn them by building a Kleeneze business.  It takes time and effort but it's worth it.  This type of royalty (residual) income is the key to lifestyle.

So how do royalties in the Kleeneze Pay Plan work?

For ease of understanding, we will deal with turnover in UK pound sterling.  Kleeneze use sales plan value (spv) to calculate bonuses.

To earn royalties on any Gold Distributor in your team, you must have a certain amount of turnover outside of them, to qualify for royalties.  This is called personal sales group (psg) and the amount you must have is £3,995.  This is put in place to prevent distributors from sitting back and doing nothing.  It encourages them to remain active in the business and provide some support and leadership.

If you have one qualifying Gold Distributor group, you become a Senior Distributor.  You are entitled to 2.6% of their turnover so if they have a turnover over of £10,000, you would earn £260.  This is called distributor bonus.

If you have 2 or more qualifying Gold Distributor groups in separate legs, you become an Executive Distributor.  You are entitled to 1.9% on each Gold Distributor Group.  For front level Gold Distributor Groups, this is on top of your distributor bonus, meaning you earn a generous 4.5% (2.6% + 1.9%) on all front level Gold Groups.

You can earn 5 generations deep in your business.  A generation is a Gold Distributor Group, not an individual distributorship.  To earn 5 generations deep however, you need to have 5 separate legs qualifying at the Gold Distributor level or above.  To earn 4 deep you need to have 4 separate legs qualifying at the Gold Distributor level or above and so on.

The above diagram shows how you earn on each level of Gold Distributors in your team.  Once you get to a level called Premier Distributor, the percentage you earn on 3rd, 4th and 5th level Gold Distributor Groups doubles.

The above diagram shows a business built to the Silver Executive level (3 qualifying Gold Distributor Groups in separate legs).  You earn 37% from your own personal retail, as you're at the maximum 16% volume profit level.

You earn 8% from your three £2,000 legs.  You earn 10% from your three £1,000 legs.  You earn 16% from your £500 leg.

You earn 4.5% (distributor and executive bonus) on each of your 3 front level Gold Distributor Groups.  You earn 1.9% (executive bonus) on each of your 2nd level Gold Distributor Groups.

The above position in the plan can be achieved in 2 - 5 years by anyone who is willing to put in the effort to learn how to build a Kleeneze business.
